The farmhouse is composed by the Manor House “Giovanna’s House”, where the guests can sit in the rooms, an authentic expression of our land that retain the traditional “terracotta” floors and typical ceilings with exposed beams, or stay in the apartments with kitchen.

Our suite offers a large space with a king size bed and a charming sitting area insterted in the mezzanine. Perfect for a couple who want to have an intimate and relaxing experience. The bathroom with tub and shower is very comfortable.

The “Zi Gigi” room is a particularly quiet deluxe, furnished in tuscan style, with a large bathroom.

The “Salotto” room is on the first floor, the old terracotta floors and large windows, give it a welcoming and relaxing style.

The old granary has been transformed into a small apartment with a double bedroom and a kitchen/living room with a double sofa bed. The large bathroom is very colourful and particularly comfortable. Guests can take advantage of the modern kitchen or take advantage of the services offered by the farmhouse. Perfect for a family with young children.

The old barn, has bern finely restored and furnished in tuscan style. The large apartment consists of a double bedroom overlooking the hills and a single bedroom. The large living area is equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed. Perfect for a family with children or a group of friends.

Breakfast will be served on the panoramic terrace, and whoever wants to, can taste the typical products of the area cooked by our chef Gio!
